The hardest part about training for a triathlon is finding the time to train. I decided to try and take the bike to work a few days a week. This morning was the perfect morning for it. I did my best to stay off the busy rush hour streets. My legs are still sore from Saturday’s ride but I made it in just fine. I still need to get used to clipping in after a stop. It takes me way to long to get going at the stop lights.
